why does everything has to happen to my platoon. from the case of a guy coming down with malaria (when singapore is already supposed to be malaria-free), to a missing round (bullet) found in a signaller's SBO, to equipment failure; it just has to be signal platoon.
as for life outside of camp, i feel that i am wasting my life away. what do i intend to do after i come out of NS? ppl tend to ask me that question, since unlike most of the other NSF, i do not have any more studying to do after i am done. also, i found out from cathy that there is now a new law that restricts all male singaporean citizens to complete their national service before going abroad to study. which means that the path i took (deferring NS till after i complete my undergrad) is no longer allowed. lucky me i was born early enough. :P
