Am shocked to hear of your passing. Perhaps it is the suddeness and unexpected nature of it all. I may not have known you well, as you were from a diff dept. There may have been times where I have been frustrated, even angry at you-- you and your colleagues. But I pray now that you may have eternal peace... and God be with you and your family during this time of need.
Such is the fragility of life. In moments like these, we are reminded of life as a gift... a life that does not belong to us, but that is a gift, a privilege - not an entitlement as many may think. And for all the things that go on in this world, the many distractions we have, none is as important as living life the way it should be. I have taken many things for granted just like everyone else.
You will be in my prayers.
